We have Printmaking press No1!! Thanks to Poppi O’Connor for organising this from our old High School (Huntingdale Tech) and for Stephen Twohig for restoring it..We patiently wait 6 week for the mother to arrive. Look out for our Printmaking Classes to commence next term. Ready to Print!!
Success all round in the sculpture department this term break. All moulds came out perfectly. The pouring of hydrostone cement was wonderfully executed as a team effort with some clever engineering of a hanging device. Students have now completed the clay modelling stage of the “Sculpting a Face ” workshop and have done an amazing job. We now look forward to the next stage, which is making the mould, followed by pouring plaster into the mould.
